    You're Invited: VJER FEST 2015 - Blockade Runners May 30

    Time for an open invite to everyone for this year's VJER FEST. There will be food, fun, fishin', swimmin', etc. I'm planning on a crab boil, but all other food is pot luck. BYOBeverages as well. If you need a ride from the ramp, just give me a call or post up here that you're coming and the C.S. Navy will provide. Who's invited? Everyone who knew VJER Vic. When? Lynne and Vic's family will probably arrive around 10am, but you can come whenever. The party goes 'til whenever. We have room for 4-5 people to spend the night. So post up to reserve a bunk.

              With heavy heart, I have to say that VJER Fest 2015 is postponed. Vic's brother, Tony is in the hospital. If y'all could, please say a prayer for him, that God may help the doctors heal his feet. We are worried he may lose one or both.

                      Prayers sent for Vic's brother.That is awful.I did have the honor of meeting Vic at a club meeting.A very polite and nice man to talk to.
