130 dead Green sea Turtles

Talked to one of the game wardens yesterday that always comes in where I work he told me they found over 130 dead sea turtles in east matagorda alone. He said there were no ridleys but all the turtles got caught in shallow water when it got real cold!!

Seriously though, that sucks. At least most of the big "breeders" are offshore. A girl I know is "on call" 24-7 to rescue and retrieve hurt and dead turtles, I'll have to ask her for the skinny.

That does suck. Donna found only one in Terramar and I am glad that is all we found. They are all green turtles.
