my Cajun buds stuffed a whole button buck with dirty rice and smoked it for about 6 hours-was soooo tender it literally melted in your mouth and no wild taste at all-was like veal-best venison I ever ate. The younger the better with deer and cows!!

Although a button buck is not a fawn; There HAS to be a special place in Hell reserved for somebody that would kill AND then eat a little fawn.

I seen them swimming in my bottomland many times, but never one that young.

It's hard to see any deer out here right now with the vegetation 5' high, and I can't bushhog
till the little buggers get old enough not to freeze in place when dangers near.
