I surfed once in my life, at Surfside Beach when I was 11 years old. It took me just a few times to figure it out. I was pretty athletic back then. LOL. It was amazingly fun. Not a surfer, but has anyone ever tried what they call " Tank Surfing"? Friend of mine who is 60 tanks surf the Galveston ship channel. Said he can ride a tank wave for 1/2 - 1 mile. Looks crazy on you tube. Congrats on the new board.Comment

I believe that's where Stoners Point is located. Beautiful water from what I understand.
I got married on Kauai Island and remember wanting to surf the north shore. I chickened out when I saw the waves and rocks.
