White Caps again today, fished near the shallow reef out there then over by the oyster leases near the noisy gas well.
Countless mid sided croaker , lots of hard heads, few slimers and a sting-ray . By 4pm it was hard to move any direction
by north so we went to bubbas for dinner left side of the doc 3ft no problem getting in or out. Soon after dinner the radio went
nuts with warnings so we headed back to the ramp. We did manage to find one lonely crab in our traps. Threw it back for another day.
Noticed there were zero bird activity from clear lake channel to about 2 miles north , we did see birds working around eagle point
Tide was outbound most all day, probably all the rain. I also checked on the wreck over by shipchannel marker 51. Its pretty
visible at 300 feet in white caps. It was to rough to fish today , ill visit there again, I have a spot within a mile that I like .
The ramp at seabrook , covered heavy in the green floating stuff from the lake.
