Stolen Kayak

Son in law borrowed my OK Drifter to go to Christmas Bay and help a friend retrieve a sail line that broke loose. Stopped at the bait shop/store on the Surfside side of SLP on the way home and while he was inside someone unstrapped it out of the back of his truck and are now the proud owners of a stolen kayak. When he came out and realized what had happened he went looking for them. Probably a good thing he didn't find them. He has CHL and not afraid to use it so I would probably be taking my grandkids to see him in prison. If you hear anyone bragging about it let me know. Also, I would like to replace it -- anyone have a used Drifter for sale? (Not buying back the stolen one, but if you know where it is I know people that know people who can retrieve it for me)

Sorry to hear….. It is very upsetting to hear how bold some thieves are these days. I lost a nice truck a couple of years ago at a spot that you would say to be very safe in Houston…. It astounded me how fast they stole it after reviewing a security camera tape. Come to find out it was found close to the border.... Save you lead for someone endangering you life. You will be glad you did….

continuing on the LEAD thread, be warned there are a ton of attorneys sitting around waiting for you. They are like the
"HAMMER" and others, ambulance chasers. First and foremost, if you blow up a person with your nice flat screen tv under
their arm, your probably going to do time. Well mr Planohog I see you have insurance on all your possestions and now you
ended some poor kids life over a TV you had insurance on. Well I see you have good credit and you could have replace said
TV in about 12 hours Im sure you could do without foxnews for that long. IF the thief was non-anglo , and you are , get ready
for even more fun and dollars lost defending yourself against , your choice to bust a cap in that guy.
THINGS are not what they seem. You would do better if you handed the guy a baseball bat and the kitchen knife or a gun, then and only then will you have a chance and your going to pay $$ to get out of trouble.
These guys know that and are willing to risk it. Even the bad guys get charged for killing other bad guys watch gang land for awhile.
This kind was the them of the last time I updated my CHL. The state of TX may have created the class room material.
