Got a new Ride

Well I'm a happy camper, picked up a Skeeter bass boat that is a foot longer and has a bigger motor than the one I was looking at last weekend. The motor is a Yamaha Pro 150 and should push the boat about 60mph....that is going to take some getting use to, but I'd like not ever get her that fast in the bayous so I'll save the speed for the lake. Here are a few pictures of my new baby.

P.S. Sandy this one doesn't have as much sparky paint......

Speed is only needed when tournament bass fishing. It saves time getting to the 1st spot and if the fish aren't there you have to get to the second spot as fast as possible. Fun fishing speed is no biggie at all. In today's tournament fishing 60 is slow as most of the big guys are running in the 70s and 80s.

Skeeter does make a very nice trailer.
