  • 4-11/12 Report

4-11: Despite the rain the fishing this weekend was amazing! Fished the tournament Saturday with two of my friends & hammered the reds from sunrise till about noon fishing on the north shore line in about waist deep water, caught around 30 reds & 6 of the kept, all ranged from 18-25in. Entered 2 of them in the wiegh in & one of them placed 2nd.
And as always the tournament turned out amazing, thanks so much to everyone who put it on, I always look forward to them!
4-12: Then today we headed out around 7am & hit the northshore line in hunt of redfish & put one in the box that was 23in and then the hear came the rain & ran us off the water till about 11, then we went at it again & slammed the redfish, ended up with catching around 25 reds and 13 of them kept between the 6 people!
Thanks again guys for the tournament it's always good time with good people & also since everyone was asking about it at the tournament, I'll post my rescue on here tomorrow about my boat breaking down in the marsh during duck season!
God bless & keep those lines tight! - Drue
