What lure have you caught more trout on the most all time?Not just trophys but trout in general.Ive caught more trout on a yellow and white spec rig in my 40 something years.

Rootbeer/Chart. Tail, 1/4 oz. Hogie leadhead, #12 big game, 6'6" allstar topwater special rod & Shimano Curado reel... LMAO!!! The combination for a big arse fish fry...! Here lately I have abandoned the go to lure in the past... I have been using the Devil Eyes and they are doing me well...!!!

I swear by them... LOL.. I never thought I would see the day when the Hogie wouldn't have a place in my pocket... The Brown Family has there chit together when it comes to making lures... The bad thing is the C&R rate goes way down when using the Devil Eyes... The trout swallow it...

Toss up between plum w/ char tail or red w/ white tail.

Close second would be small gold spoon.

The biggest trout I have caught was on a Corky. 10lbs. 3oz. and she is
on the wall!!!

The last year or so, the soft plastics have been mostly Devil Eyes.

10w40 sea shad saltwater assasin. thats just the color ive caught most on but any sea shad works better at times.

I've probably caught more trout on regular old tandem shad rigs under a cork. But in the last 10 years or so, I've used tandem rigged cocahoe minnows or sparkle beetles in avacado with red sparkles with murderous results. Only in the last 4 years have I added DOA shrimp under a cork to the arsenal with speck-tacular results.
