Wife found the hard heads and little bait steeler croakers . we found a known spot to still have shell in it.
Pretty good shell , kept getting hung up in it. never seen anyone fish that location , it was popular in the 60's
I used my sonar and scanned it for about 1/2 mile and a few passes. Ill have to see that that shows after the computer runs it for me. I got skunked.. also fished around red-fish reef, nothing on the inside.
current still hard at clearlake . Had a great time

Yep, caught my first of the year earlier today. Did also get 3 nice eater drum and an upper slot one I released.

Good to hear signs of spring are here . Now , if only we don't get a bumper crop of sargassum .

the area with the dot, is 9 feet most of the rest is 8 feet. you can see the ledge I bet i kept getting snagged on.
Wife was fishing the others side ( south) and did not get hung up as much.
