I figured someone capsized, saw the firetruck and another fire vehilcle towing a boat. racing north near the sea scout place. on my way to academy on the island about that time. we had been looking around on the dike, huge current out there on the end.

My buddy is the one that found the one man luckly he was able to climb up on those pilings just west of S Deer. They are new to west bay and were following a track i had just made on there gps weeks ago and apparently passed him once without seeing him until on their way back. Not many boats out there yesterday.

Hopefully they can still find the other young man. The CG called off the search last night around 11pm due to bad weather.

"The search is planned to resume when visibility and weather conditions improve, Coast Guard officials say.
But it appears poor visibility may last most of Sunday, as the National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory along the coast until 10 p.m."

What I gathered from 2cool today is the game wardens, coast guard, and PD weren't out today due to foggy conditions. A 2cooler and his friend searched today and found his life jacket between north deer and greens along with his kayak and one of his wading boots. Still didn't find the missing person.
