West Bay 2-14

Hit Confederate Reef this morning with about 200 other boats. Caught a 21" red and a 16" speck. Couple of throwbacks. Drifting with soft plastics. Tide was low, wind out of the west.

Towed a guy in who ran out of gas so I made a karma deposit.

Nice going. Pretty day for it, but that area is really busy during the weekend.

Got to find scattered shell that is holding mullet. Find that and you will find the fish and hope there isn't a ton of boats running on top of em. Was actually a pretty good week, lots of redfish with some really good trout.

There was mullet all over the place where we were this morning. We just couldn't find the numbers.

AP, we tried that spot on the north side where you showed us. Didn't even get a look.

Ha! Same catch here out of trinity except the red cheated me at a micron under 20. Was a hard day for sure .
