        How's your little girl handling PORK CHOP's fate ? I take it that PORK CHOP was alive and well around the house before his brine bath .

          I actually bought this one from a meat packing plant, I didn't want to go through all the scraping that has to be done to get ready to smoke.
          We are having a combined 40th Birthday party for my wife and me.

                          Thanks, well everything turned out great. By the time the hog come off the smoker I had already had a few beers and forgot to take a after pic. Maybe next time
