Thanks, I put apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, peppercorn, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cumin and a little chili powder. I put it in the brine last night and I will pull it around 4:30am Saturday morning, inject it and then put my rub on. Then let it SMOKE!
