Motor Questions

I have a Yamaha 150 4-stroke...it's a 2008 model but had VERY low hours when I purchased the boat early last year. I had the fluids replaced and the injectors cleaned/rebuilt right after I bought it. I'm interested in any feedback on the following questions...

- How often should I change the fluids?
- What type of fuel do you run in these motors? I've been putting Super Premium with no other additives.

Just looking for overall guidance on maintenance for these motors. I'm a first-time boat owner so go easy.

The owner's manual says Regular gas is acceptable. I have been running this with no problems in a Suzuki four stroke. However, make sure to always get it at a high volume place and keep the tank full to reduce condensation.

Run Sea Foam or another product to reduce the ethanol affects.

Also chage that fuel filter a couple of times a year.

Finally, the more fishing you do the fresher the fuel stays.
