  • The Big HGCA January Gun Show January 17 and 18

I'll have my own table at the show this time. I don't know yet where I'll be, but the show is at Reliant Arena . . . . I mean Energy . . . er . . . . NRG Arena. I think the arena is more toward the Fannin/I-610 corner of the property. Y'all are welcome to come by and set a spell, leave stuff at my table while you walk around, etc. Call me when you get there and I'll be able to tell you where my table is. - Sandy

Oh yeah, tons of that stuff. Bring the pistol/revolver she'll be using (unload it before bringing it in) and you can check how everything fits.

Remove the magazine and tie it. (Thread a zip tie through the barrel or through the magazine slot).

Mrs. OK and I will likely attend. We'll CALL Sandy on arrival.

They have zip ties available at the door. Just present it mag removed/cylinder/action open and butt first to the officer and they will zip it for you.

Man Deano, that's cool!I've never seen anything like it. I don't know much at all about modern firearms. Like everything else, I'm into old stuff. The best thing to do to check for a price is look at completed auctions on gunbroker.com. You have to register to see the completed auctions. If you look at current auctions only, some people put stuff on there at incredibly inflated prices just to see what happens, so you won't get a good idea that way.

Ok, I'm in section W-2, up against the right wall in the first room you walk into. The show is in the Arena, which is the closest building to the I-610. Since I have a wall behind me, I have plenty of room for anyone to come hang out. I'll have a FWE sticker on the table or wall behind me.
