Great color and texture!! Wonder where all the seafood has gone? You caught any lately ?
Better drop the drill and go see Carmelo and Juliana at C&C in Alvin to add to that gumbo.

That's where I go for shrimp, flounder, and crab meat. The seafood of choice for me. Occasionally some Salmon.
Trout and Redfish stay in Chocolate.
