My daughter, son-in-law, and 21 month old GRANDSON have moved back to Texas (after a year in Boston) and i will be celebrating Thanks Giving at their house. It will truley be a day to be thankful!

When I was a kid, we thought it would be fun to get a turkey a year ahead of time and feed it and so on for the following Thanksgiving. But by the time Thanksgiving came around, we sort of thought of the turkey as a pet, so we ate the dog. Only kidding. It was the cat.
(OK that was Dave Letterman's joke....but it brought back memories......)

There's always lots to be thankful for no matter how bad things are for you . I have a patient around 40 years old who has no hands . He contacted an overhead power line when cleaning a railroad hopper at 17 years of age . He has metal pinchers on each forearm . Think about it . No hands since 17 years old .
