Sometimes the road is a little steeper and a little longer but if you hang in there your dreams can come true. When I was a teenager I remember watching folks alike Bill Dance, Roland Martin and Jimmy Houston on TV and in Magazines and thought hey I want to be a Pro Bass Fisherman when I grow up. Well I thought that meant in my 20s and when it didn't happen I sort of forgot about it. I didn't stop bass fishing or fishing bass tournaments, just never thought I'd be a sponsored fisherman. Well I had to wait until my 50s for that dream to come true and maybe it is a little sweeter now. It really didn't sink in until I got the proofs for my new tournament jerseys today when I got home from work. Wow, looks like a ride I want to ride for sure. BTW let me know what you think about the jerseys....Thanks!!
