  • 11-16-14 Report

Got up early this morning and noticed the wind had laid down last night. Grabbed my gear and launched at 7:30. Water has cleared up to almost gin-clear. Water temp was 52 degrees so I didn't expect to have much luck......managed these by 9:30 and came in when the rain cramped my style. Birds were everywhere, but not much help since the trout didn't seem to be biting under them much. Got the reds on reefs in 8-10' of water. Tide is HIGH! Sorry Bruce, had to scoot while I could. You're there next time I have a little notice to give you.

Good catch, Blue! I'm gonna slime up the whaler tomorrow if the rain allows.
