Gas vs electric dryer

In my new home, there is a connection for gas or electric for the dryer, what do y'all suggest ? I'm thinking gas may be more efficient?

Gas is cheaper. Drys faster. I have electric now. Waiting for it to die so I can switch.

Gas here , I hooked Barham up with my old one that I installed another burner , he says it drys cloths fast lol
