10/25/14 Report

Decided to use my little john boat today to run around West bay. Got a late start saturday morning hit the water around 7:30 at redfish cove to no avail. Ran around bird island where i picked up a nice Sheepy. I ran to a secret mid day spot a loaded up some nice flatties and another sheepy. Finished the day around bird island where i found myself is a school of rat spec and rat reds. then i hit the motherload on a nice slot spec. All in all weather was great water was moving with tons of bait but just not real numbers to bag. Im convinced i need to get earlier start. Ill post pics as soon as i can figure out how.

Thanks for the nice report. The weather was so nice, the big fish were partying somewhere secret I guess-maybe at Heartbreakers???
