Wake zone in Diversionary Canal?

I have never been in the diversionary, is there a wake zone in there. Also, it that ramp at second street open to the public?

That is a public ramp at 2nd street. The no wake zone is from the ramp down to the first buoy about 200 yards towards the bay from the ramp. After that you can scoot!! If you go the other direction it's no wake all the way up till you can't go anymore.

Can you bank fish there and also at the Harbor Dr. bridge?

its good during night..fish with a generator and lights...ull catch some nice solid trout during this time of the year in diversonary canal
