I keep them if they are big enough, and are great baked or fried whole. But don't think I have an oven or a fryer big enough for this hoss.

I used to think fishing for sheephead was silly....until I ate some smoked sheephead! Delicious. Now I'm more than happy to fish for them when running at Mitchell's cut.Comment
