Off Topic: Propane suppliers servicing the West End

I heard there was a new propane company trying to get into the west end market but I cannot get a name. The only two I know are Amerigas and Ferrilgas. I am looking to lease or buy a residential size propane tank and of course the gas. I have had it with Amerigas and Ferril is not much better so I am looking for options.
