There will be anywhere between 50 and 80 people there, once the food is gone, it is gone. I wouldn't do the beans too spicy. I will be having some sausage and chicken thighs for the non fish eaters, along with some tater salad, etc. It's a fish fry, buffet drinkfest so bring whatever you want! See ya'll there!

I'll make a pot w/ 2 lbs. of dry beans. That'll serve 25-30.
OK on the not so spicy, I'll use anaheim pepper vs. serrano.
