  • Fish Grip?

I am looking for advice on the type or brand of fish grip that you guys that wade would recommend. I currently have the stainless grip that the was in a CCA set from academy. I usually fish from a boat and it doesn't get wet. I doubt that it will withstand prolonged dunking in the water. I am looking for recommendations for a grip that will stand up to the salt water in the surf. I am tired of spending valuable time untangling lures from a net.

I had a Boga for four years and one of the rivets rusted and broke. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. They stand behind their product!!!

i would think it would be difficult to boga a fish from the boat. Why not get a tangle-free net instead.

It appears pretty unanimous that the Boga is the way to go. Thanks for the advice..Leo
As to the Boga in the boat, I am usually fishing single hook jig heads with soft plastics and I do use the net then a fish grip to hold them while I remove the hook. But the problem is the top water baits or MirrOLures with two or three treble hooks. I may consider the tangle free net, thanks.

If you use a Boga from the boat you never have to touch the fish so you don't take the slime off of them.
