I think you're correct Robalo. I've known you for about 30 years and I've never seen you have to "wallet whip" some girl at Ricks, Colorado Club etc. unless it was out of the goodness of your heart .
As far as mgsteil, I think you have to give him a break and overlook his idiotic philosophies. If you were the dude in the room that had to pick up the no go scraps, you'd be bitter too.
