I don't do the yard thingy, but everything else can be had by with all my jackleg background.
Everything and all tools drop when the tide is incoming and the wind is 10mph or less and Lutes has baits.

Hint, go to the PO and get a "Moving Kit". Lots of coupons in there for someone buying a new to them house. I got mine 10 years ago and saved 20% at Home Depot and Lowe's. Yes, I've gone back 5 or 6 times and gotten the same stuff. LOL. Last time was about 4 years ago. Doesn't hurt to check.
