If it has a jack plate to move the prop up you should be able to putz in shallow enough to get out and wade . You appear to be young enough to flop back in without a boarding ladder ..... An extra that is a must for an old guy like me .

Young enough maybe but I've treated my body like an amusement park.... It does have a swim ladder with small platform tho

Well I ended up getting the boat I won't have a chance to get it on the water until July 3rd but if everything goes well it will be on the water everyday for 9 days straight. I got the dealership to put new plugs, thermostats, water pump kit and change the lower unit oil. During that work they found it needed a new lower unit seal which they took care of. I was very impressed at how easy/fast the motor started plus idled smooth and sounded great. Now all I have to do is a couple small things and it will be ready to go. Plus I think my dads going to enjoy it as much as I am

            Thanks!
I was looking for a more traditional style fishing boat but this one seems like it will fish alright and be very family friendly with seating for 8, swim ladder & platform, a ski pole and lots of storage and 10 rod holders

Ok , that will definitely tow and ski . It won't draft shallow which is all I know so stay deeper than I am use to . Get er done .

Yea I was told to try and keep it 2 ft or deeper... Which won't be a problem in east bay. I can't wait to get it on the water next week. I'm hoping to hit up Richards and Hannah's reefs and the van-tun islands.

Thanks! I'll be in the East Bay Area from the 3rd - 12th so hopefully I will catch a lot of fish and really enjoy the boat. Will be sure to give a report and if anyone is in the Smith Point area fishing give me a shout
