  • 6/8 report

Fished around Offatts Bayou yesterday. Was on the water at 0530 and fished until 1200. Within the first 30 mins I had caught a nice black drum, a 17 inch Red, and a 12 inch speck. I thought it was going to be a hot day for fishing, but i was quickly corrected as the bites slowed around 0630. Ended up catching another 17 inch Red North of 93rd Street around 1030, but otherwise, nada. I was using live shrimp. Hope you all had better catches.

Less tide movement Sunday slowed down the bite IMO.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary.
