    I caught my 3 trout at about 11 am to 11:30 am east bay Fridày . I think I got in on the tail end of it because it was fast and furious for 30 minutes . Maybe a school of trout was passing . But , I think if I had gotten there earlier I would have gotten more trout .

      You did o.k., plugger. Talked to Jim West and he said the bite was off. He managed 5 or 6 dinks over that way. Get that Cadillac back from kroll's and meet me on the ferry.

        I had 5 trout and one red but I'll have to agree - it was tough.

A guy that fishes a good number of days per year is probably to the best to comment on the accuracy of majors and minors and how it affects fishing. I can only fish when time allows so the only good it does me is giving me something to blame when I get skunked.
