Hit the flats around 6pm, made a long drift far from the shoreline. caught first trout with soft dine close to the surface on the fall. continued to throw soft dine with no bites, so i switched to a top water which was the ticket! caught two more trout on top. today was a crazy day on the flats, i saw things happening that i'd never seen in 10 years of fishing this spot! Thank God for this rain!!
