  • Lost every number in my phone . . . again.

Technology sucks. I was tryin' to erase one number in my phone tonight and suddenly every contact I have, over 200 of them, is no GONE. I freakin' hate technology. If you want me to have your number, please PM me with it, or call me. That's easier. - Sandy

Technology is actually great - all the info in my phone - pics, numbers etc.. is stored in 3 places. I could dunk my phone in my jack and coke and not lose anything. Antiquated technology is what sucks..

It's the new phone that did it. I tried to erase one contact, just one. Suddenly all 200 contacts are gone. You couldn't do that with the Nokia. I've recovered 15 numbers thus far. Kenny, I'm not a craftsman. Everyone knows that.

                    Coach-
The new smart phones update your contacts, photos, etc. to the cloud pretty regularly. Your service provider should be able to retrieve your contact list if you take the phone in to them. I did the same thing once, and got back about 90% of my numbers.

No smart phone please. I think I'm going to go back to having a real address book. Can't erase that by pressing a button. I want a rotary cell phone too. Do they make those?

Here you go Sandy . I found it in an Antigue store around 1978 . The phone company could fit a PRINCES phone inards into it but had to place the numbers in their current order . When I bought it the numbers were in reverse order which I fought was neat . It still works . Isn't it so cool . I love it and although I don't use it I wouldn't part with it .

The original headset line was straight not curled but they had to change that too .
