  • Pathfinder 2200V refresh

Time to spruce up my 2000 Pathfinder 2200V... cleaning and polishing the glass back to a shine. Going to have the upholstery redone and upgraded a bit. Anyone have experience with Jeff Saldana's Upholstery in Fresno? He's just down the road from me and seems like a good guy and is giving me a good price.

Also thinking about refinishing the t-top and leaning post. It has some minor corrosion and battle scars and I like the way the new rigs are all powder coated. Anyone with any suggestions on a refinish... polish or paint or powder?

Making my plans with pork loin, ribs and butt on the pit on this grey, drippy day...

    TIA,

    Bill

Man,... i'm just drooling after hearing that. Post up pics when the boat is done, let us know how it goes.

Will do... Been checking over on The Hull Truth and powder coating is said to be very problematic. Sure like the way the colors look, but not sure I want the hassle and expense if it will make things less durable. Some are suggesting new Line-X products, but I'm not sure I like that idea.

BTW - ribs were fantastic and looking forward to pulled pork samiches this week!

Powder coat at B C Auto in Alvin, they do a good job. Talk to Travis.

Thanks for that OS, I'll check with Travis on my options...
Anyone know of a local source for composite marine plywood? I think it's called expanded PVC, but I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for. Need it to make new panels for the upholstery to go on.
