Need a Fishing Guide

I am hosting a friend from Calgary and his fishing skills are somewhat limited so I need a very patient guide who does not mind fishing live bait or feels comfortable teaching him how to throw artificals. He wants to catch fish in quanity so we are not looking for a trophy trout trip. I have a home in Sea Isle so we would like to go out of the marina if possible.

I appreciate your reccomendations.
