Now it'll be gone with the wind! Solid bite for about an hour yesterday on the outgoing in about 2 to 3.5' of water. We waded throwing corky devils in basically 2 color variations. One was the dayglow that my buddy John was throwing, the other was a dark green back, silver gold fleck side and white belly...this has been my go to bait on our last 2 outings and has been very productive when presented right.
It seems to be all about timing, more specifically...tide movement. With conditions the way they were and the early outgoing, it just made for a really fun morning. John and I both had a limit by 9:00 am . Also noticed, nobody drifting was catching squat. Even 2 guys that ended up right in front of us, pretty much fishing same water , couldn't catch a break.
Heres a few pics of the catch for the day.
