Me and my good friend left out of the diversionary canal around 11:30 a.m. fished the back lakes today, got on some really nice reds up to 27 7/8" going 8 1/2 on boga left the reds biting in search of trout, found one drifting over shell an mud in 3' an managed one flounder, reds caught on skitterwalks an gulp under the Cajun thunder. Trout on plum chartreuse bass assassin and flounder on corky devil. Not a bad day on the water
