I have been using the h2o lead heads with the eyes on them, the ONLY thing from them I will use. have had no problems with any plastics coming off. wish they made a long shank for the bigger plastics, have missed a lot of fish because of that in the winter. I hate the screw locks, to much time involved and stick my fingers. lol good call on biting the heads off certain plastics, it gives the paddle tails more action for sure.

If they start making "plumtreuse" jig heads Greg will buy them all.Originally posted by Jerkyourcroaker View PostWhen I see the Aqua Pimp rolling around with a pocket full of colored jig heads, I'll start to worry about it. I have tried the colored ones. After 30 minutes of bouncing them off of shell all the color falls off anyway lol. Plain ol lead color for me.

yes you have had plastics slide down the shank .... After landing or missing a fish . I saw harvey adjusting his bait after missing his many fish ( har ! Harvey ) . That doesn't happen with screw locks . A lot of trouble , i prick my finger ...egad , danny , it's not a big deal . But , hey , you like what you like .Originally posted by super spook View Posti have been using the h2o lead heads with the eyes on them, the only thing from them i will use. Greg , my bouncing jigheads off bottom shell and removing the paint isn't a problem for me . Mine get burried in an oyster shell and i have to break it off whether painted or not . LolGEORGE A. BRANARD, COLOR SERGEANT, CO. L, 1 ST TEXAS INFANTRY, HOOD'S TEXAS BRIGADE, C.S.A. : S.C.V.
