Looking for a few good tech's @ Evans Marine

We have been steadily growing, and our demand in the outboard business is awesome! Thinks to Fish West End Anglers and a few other sponsored sites we have a following and have become one of the go to shops in the area. I am looking for 2 techs to fill the voids and ramp up production and expand our services once again. I would like to interview individuals that have outboard service backgrounds, certifications are a huge + and offer higher salary. I will consider a mechanical backgrounded individual from automotive, and willing to train and send to school a person that I see the drive and a lasting devoted employee in which to invest. I offer great pay, no weekend work, off by 5pm, and truly care about my employees. So if you are a tech that feels they are stuck in a dead end shop, or not happy. Give me a shout and we can see if we are on the same page! You will not regret the call! We have work year round and I don't let my guys that are good go for the winter (We have been very blessed and don't slow down during winter KNOCK ON WOOD) even if I have to pay their salary from my pocket I will not let a good man go. Thanks for the reply and kind words. God has truly blessed us over the past few years, and I think him everyday for all that he has provided not for only me, but community, friends, and family.
