Im with ya brother! Costco minimum beginners wages are 11.50 and hour and average pay is above 20 throughout for workers.
And they are tearin Wallyworld SAMs a new one on the West Coast. Happier employees and more money to spread the wealth to other businesses. Their CEO is common folk also.

Regardless of the politics, it's a well run company that sells great merchandise. Most of their Kirkland brand products are number one rated by consumer organizations and they have one of the best return policies in the business.
