Three of us fished West Bay out of Jamaica Beach today. Water was low, but very clear and almost no wind. We fished all over from JB to Chocolate and not one hit today. Each of us tossing different baits, we even dangles a shrimp in the water and nothing, not even a trash fish. No mullet or bait in the water. Never had a day this bad. Anyone have any luck in WB today?

        Welcome!
I've had plenty of days like that and most of them are pretty well documented here! We all get skunked once in a while and it's all part of the game. Go back and hit 'em again.
And do check in for an introduction on the welcome board. You'll be glad you did.

Just a few caught fish yesterday for the tournament . Capt. Greg Francis and DPOP won the tournament ... Ask them where they got them . HAR ! Just kidding . It's not polite to ask such things . We all would like to know . It's been tough fishing .

While they were weighing in their fish, I put a GPS tracker on their boat. I'll post their next 10 trip logs later. Capt'n....Don't bother looking for it, it's invisible....I'll remove it for a free guided trip! Welcome Reel Killer.

Welcome. That's why they call it fishing and not catching. Even the best have days like that. They've even said it on the old fishing TV shows. Lord Bless.

Don't get discouraged, it happens to all of us. Remember, a bad day fishing is better than a good day watching TV
