Steering Cable & Helm

I received the first estimate on the Steering Cable & Helm replacement for a 15' Montauk. I think it is a bit high because I could upgrade to Hydraulic Steering for another $175.

Can anyone here recommend an outfit that won't take me to the cleaners?

You could replace it yourself not that difficult.
