From what I can tell you look like you gained some reputation.

There's a star on the lower left of every post you make. if somebody likes your post, they can click on it and leave a comment. The notifications tell you who commented and on which thread. If you can't figure out which post, you can click on the notificationn and it will take you to the particular post.

When you are signed in click on any post. Once you are there.....look at the very top of the screen.
Next to your name you will see "Notifications". Click on it and you will see a list of Reps that are recently given to you.
Below that you will see a recent list of Reps that you have given to others.
Once you have read it the " Notification" at the top, it doesn't work until you get more Reps by someone.

Since that is the only way I have found to see this page I copied and pasted that link to an email so I can read it anytime I wish.
You have to be signed on for this method to work. Someone else may know how another way to find this page after you have
read it.

By clicking on the SETTINGS to the right of NOTIFICATIONS and MY PROFILE , you can see the last 10 rep powers given and recieved .

I think rep can only be given or viewed using the FULL SITE option. No rep stars on the mobile version I am using.
