No, not the interweb kind. Spam, the mystery pork product. Who out there eats this garbage? I got out to the camp tonight and didn't want to cook anything I brought. People have been bringing out Spam and leaving it here. I haven't had Spam since I was about 7 or 8 years old and curiosity got the best of me. So I sliced a can up and fried it. I reluctantly ate one piece. It took several sittings. I really tried to enjoy it. Man, this stuff is aweful. The balance went into the bayou. New rule at the camp, don't bring Spam here. I can see it as a survival food, but good gravy, how to people eat this and enjoy it?

I for one am surprised there is something a coonarse wont eat. Gonna make you a big spam 'n eggs omlette next time -
slice thin and burn it with some blackened seasoning! better than ham.the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.

1/4" cubes,mixed with 1/4" Irish taters,1/2 onion chopped, scorch it real well, toss in 4 eggs, and mix all together. Blk pepper it up and sure add more salt.
Make a little milk gravy to slather on top and you have it!

How bout Pickled Herring, Hog Head Cheese, Pickled Pigs Feet, Or Anchovie Paste on Marshmallows.
The Marshmellows/Paste I just use to catch coons in dogproof traps. Tried it and the mellows messed up the paste.

Corned Beef is another kinda like Spam and is delicious like Corned Beef Hash with over easy eggs on top.
Now what I will not do is Sushi, Ceviche, Tartare although a platter of Raw Oysters is one of my favorites.
