  • Hello to all (new to site)

Good afternoon to all. Just wanted to drop a few lines and say hi to everyone. I do most of my wading/kayaking from Texas City, but want to start learning the West Bay and good kayak launch areas. Everyone be safe out there.

Nice to have you here!! Termo is right ,great site.
I saw tousands of yaks in Chocolate Bayou this afternoon. The bridge at 2004 is on the site but also try Lutes and head up stream.
Nice drains, holes, flats and the banks are beautiful.

Thank you all for the welcome and the info. The Austin Kayak launch site link is great! Just saved link under my favorites. I have never paid much attention to Chocolate Bayou until after your post Mgstei1. Searched on google and it is not very far from my place. I'm going to have to give it a try. Is Lutes a Marina? Thanks again.
