  • Coach G.

My son-in-law Pete informed me that he is in the running for the Bay town Sterling head football coaching position. He's currently offensive coordinator at LaMarque and is a Pete Carroll discipal visiting several coaching clinics while Carroll was coaching at Southern Cal. I'm praying he gets the job, he's a fine young man. Going to get a hold of Moe to maybe put in a good reference.

That's my school. All new folks in Admin. I'd love to put in a word for him but it would not do any good. New A.D. does not talk to pee-ons like me. I just keep my mouth shut and stay in my lane.

WELL , IF HE'S BEING OFFENSIVE , LET ALONE COORDINATING SUCH BEHAVIOR , TELL HIM TO TONE IT DOWN AND HE WILL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING THE JOB .

I HOPE HE DOES GET THE POSITION . THE MAIN THING IS TO NOT LET ANYONE KNOW THAT HE IS RELATED TO YOU .

Best part he'll be working with good people like Moe. We're going have to get together for a fishing trip pretty soon.

We realized that after just one fishing trip with the plugger. Trip being the catch word. Har! Can't you just see him singing karioke.

No doubt. The other s-i-l is the varsity baseball head coach at Texas City high school. Great conversation at the family reunions. I'm the fishing coach at Santa Fe primary school. Lol.
