Heading to the Keys for Christmas

Leaving to Key West in the morning to spend Christmas in 80 degree weather instead of the cool coming next week! We booked a guide for Monday and the plan is to hit the flats for permit, snook, bone, reds and trout. I will send some pictures and a report. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!

First night. Went to a locals raw bar for some goodies and then to Schooner's Wharf Bar to represent Gone Coastal Jewelry .

Not much of a fishing report, I guess flats fishing in December was not the right choice. Caught a lot of mangrove snapper, a small grouper, a Jack, a bonnet head shark and a hog fish.
