Yeah, saw you on your way home. Should have turned around and went home myself. This is the first time in my life I did not see A SINGLE SIGN OF LIFE in the water this afternoon.....did not see a single mullet on the surface, jumping, etc. Weird.... I'm done until the water temp gets back into the 50s. Only stayed out 30 minutes and lost my favorite Corkie to a backlash that snapped the line in mid cast.

Sidestepped the skunk today, homeboy! Saw you going out as I was coming in. Good luck on the incoming. Call me later and let me know. They're still on the shoreline reef.

I tell ya there have been some absolutely huge flat fish in the channel on a outgoing tide. Gulp squigly tails chartreuse or solid red had us limiting out 5 times over with fish to 8lbs. We killed them in the chorizo tourney last week. I'm headed out this sat if you want to hook up and get on a couple of my solid spots.
Dang, wish I could be down there for this, but stuck in Austin and reckon I'll have to see about getting a deer for the first time this season tomorrow morning. Next time I'm down that way, I'll give you a holler if the offer is still good.
