Me and Harvey went out Wednesday and got skunked, so if the weather forecast is right (doubt it) and wind is light and temps in the 60s, then it's time for a little redemption tomorrow. Anybody else going?

I tell ya there have been some absolutely huge flat fish in the channel on a outgoing tide. Gulp squigly tails chartreuse or solid red had us limiting out 5 times over with fish to 8lbs. We killed them in the chorizo tourney last week. I'm headed out this sat if you want to hook up and get on a couple of my solid spots.

Dang, wish I could be down there for this, but stuck in Austin and reckon I'll have to see about getting a deer for the first time this season tomorrow morning. Next time I'm down that way, I'll give you a holler if the offer is still good.

Sidestepped the skunk today, homeboy! Saw you going out as I was coming in. Good luck on the incoming. Call me later and let me know. They're still on the shoreline reef.
